Guilford County will host its annual Tax Foreclosure Sale on April 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The sale will take place at the Guilford County Courthouse in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Terms of Sale:

Properties are sold as-is, without warranties regarding title or habitability.

Payment Method: The sale is for cash only.

A 20% deposit of the successful bid amount is required.

The successful bidder must also pay recording fees and revenue stamps when the deed is recorded at the Guilford County Register of Deeds.

The sale is subject to an upset bid period, as set forth in N.C.G.S. Section 1-339.25. If an upset bid is placed, the bidding period will restart for 10 days.
