Links you might need for the Washington County, Maryland Tax Lien Auction:

The Washington County tax auction gives real estate investors a chance to purchase liens on delinquent properties. These sales operate under Maryland law and allow for foreclosure if redemption does not occur within two years. The certificate of sale sets up the investor with rights to either receive repayment plus interest or, in some cases, take ownership through a court process.

Make sure you register before the deadline and review all procedures carefully. Reach out to the Washington County Treasurer’s Office at [email protected] or call 240-313-2110 for any questions. Arrive early, bring your documents, and be ready to place your bids.
