Terms of Sale:

Bidders register in person at the Tax Claim Bureau, 2 South Second Street, 1st Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101, between August 25 and September 5, 2025, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Pennsylvania Act 33 of 2021registration will ONLY be held during the above timeframe.

Registration requires a photo ID and a current mailing address.

Pay a non‑refundable $100 registration fee in cash or check only

Bring a notarized Certification of Purchaser & Affidavit Form when registering.

The auction proceeds final—the sale won’t get cancelled, and you won’t receive a refund

You must research properties carefully before bidding; the bureau disclaims all warranties and responsibilities

At the sale, you pay the upset price plus 2% State Realty Transfer Tax, recording fee, acknowledgment fee, and deed preparation fee. The bureau may accept check or cash—no credit or debit cards

How to Participate:

Prepare the notarized Certification of Purchaser & Affidavit Form.

Go to the Tax Claim Bureau at 2 South Second Street during registration hours (August 25–September 5, 2025, 9 am–3 pm).

Provide photo ID, current mailing address, submit the form, and pay the $100 registration fee (cash or check).

Attend the Upset Sale on September 25 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

If you win, pay the full balance—including all transfer and recording fees—immediately at the auction.
