Mason County Tax Sale Auction Information

Mason County will host its Tax Foreclosure Sale online in Bid4Assets from March 12, 2025, at 8:00 AM PT (11:00 AM ET) through March 13, 2025. Registration closes by March 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM PT), with the auction starting promptly at 11:00 AM ET (8:00 AM PT).

Terms of Sale:

All sales are final. The Treasurer’s Office sells properties “as-is” and “where-is” without providing any guarantees.

Bidders must place a deposit (plus a $35 non-refundable fee) via wire transfer or cashier’s check.

Bid4Assets charges a 5% bidder fee on the final sales price.

You must make the payment via wire transfer or cashier’s check within two business days after the auction closes.

The authorities will issue the Tax Deed within 30 days following the sale.

Properties that do not receive bids will be listed for future surplus sales.
