Terms of Sale:

The court will confirm the sale, and properties will be sold as-is and where-is.

A 25% deposit or $1,000 (whichever is greater), plus a 10% buyer’s premium, is required from the highest bidder.

You must make the deposit immediately after the auction.

The balance of the purchase price is due within 15 days of court confirmation.

The sale is not contingent on financing, and obtaining financing is the bidder’s responsibility.

How to Participate:

In-person bidders: Deposits and buyer’s premiums are due on the auction day via personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. They will not accept Cash.

Online bidders: Register and be approved through the auction website, www.forsaleatauction.biz. Bidding is free, and instructions for payments will be provided after the auction ends.
