Terms of Sale

Winning bidders must pay the final amount, including state documentary stamps ($0.70 per $100 of the bid) and recording fees, within 24 hours of the sale.

The seller offers properties as-is, providing no guarantees about their condition, title, or liens. It is the bidder’s responsibility to conduct all due diligence before bidding.
