Hendry County will host its bi-weekly Tax Deed Sale on September 18, 2025, conducted online via the Hendry Tax Deed Sales Website. Registration is required in advance to participate in the auction.

Terms of Sale:

All properties are sold under “buyer beware” conditions and are not guaranteed to have clear or marketable titles.

Successful bidders must post a nonrefundable deposit of $200 or 5% of the winning bid, whichever is higher.

You must make full payment, including state documentary stamps ($0.70 per $100), within 24 hours of the auction’s conclusion. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfers and cashier’s checks.

How to Participate:

Deposit: Submit a deposit of $200 for bids up to $4,000, or 5% of the anticipated winning bid amount.

Bid: Place proxy or live bids during the auction. The system automatically updates bids in $100 increments.
