Yuba County will host its 2025 Delinquent Property Tax Sale on April 18, 2025, through an online auction hosted on GovEase.com. Registration opens on March 19, 2025, and closes on April 17, 2025, at 2:30 PM PST. The auction will start at 8:00 AM PST on April 18 and end at 4:00 PM PST.

Terms of Sale:

A $2,500 deposit is required to bid. A $35 registration fee must also be paid.

Successful bidders must submit full payment by April 21, 2025, at 2:30 PM PST.

Buyer’s Premium: 3% per parcel

Additional fees:

California documentary transfer tax: $0.55 per $500

Monument fee: $10.00

Recording fee: $17.00 to $26.00

Register on GovEase.com by April 17, 2025.

Submit a $2,500 deposit (ACH or wire transfer) via GovEase, no later than April 17, 2025.

Pre-bidding opens April 17, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST.

Bid on available properties online between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST on April 18, 2025.

If you win, remit full payment by April 21, 2025, at 2:30 PM PST.
