Wilson County will host its online delinquent property tax sale on June 3, 2025, via Realauction.com, an online auction platform powered by Realauction.com. Registration is required at least five business days before the auction, with bidding scheduled between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM CT.

Terms of Sale

All sales follow the Texas Property Tax Code. Properties are sold to the highest bidder through public online auctions. A 5% deposit of the intended bid amount must be placed before the auction, with payments made via ACH or wire transfer. Winning bidders must pay the balance within 24 hours using wire transfer, cashier’s check, or money order.

How to Participate

Interested bidders must register on Realauction.com at least five business days before the auction and deposit 5% of their total intended bid. Deposits must clear before the auction begins. Bidders will need a valid internet connection and a supported browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or the latest version of Internet Explorer).
