Terms of Sale

A $200 or 5% deposit (whichever is higher) is required for each property you plan to bid on. Deposits can be made via wire transfer, cash, cashier’s check, or money order.

Successful bidders must pay the remaining balance, including fees and recording costs, within 24 hours of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

All sales are final, and we sell properties as-is without guaranteeing a clear title.
