Conecuh County will host its annual Tax Lien Auction on April 6, 2026, at www.govease.com. Registration opens on March 6, 2026 closes on April 3, 2026, with the auction starting on April 8, 2025, at 8:30AM CST.

Terms of Sale:

Deposits: All bidders must submit a refundable deposit for 10% of the amount they want to spend. For example, to be approved for a $12,000 limit, a $1,200 deposit is required. GovEase will not approve the registration until it receives the deposit.

Payment Deadline: Payments for winning bids are due 1 day after the auction concludes.

Refunds: They will process refunds for unsuccessful bids within 7-10 business days after the sale is completed. They return refunds to the original payment method.

How to Participate:

Registration: Submit all required registration documents and make your deposit through GovEase by April 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM CST.

Pre-bidding: Pre-bidding begins on April 3, 2026, at 8:30 AM CST on GovEase.

Payment: Once they approve you to bid, you can make your deposit via e-check/ACH or wire transfer. Complete payments via GovEase no later than 1 day after the auction ends.
