Summit County will host its foreclosure tax sale on April 11, 2025, via remote, web-based auction. The auction will be held on GovEase starting at 10:00 AM MST.

Terms of Sale:

Deposit Requirements: Submit a wire transfer for the full amount you wish to bid. For example, if you wish to bid $300,000, you must deposit $300,000. They must receive wire transfers by 11:00 PM (MT) the day before the sale.

Buyer’s Premium: 1.50% up to $2,500.

Additional Fees: They will add a $300 3rd Party Purchaser Fee to your winning total.

Payment Methods: They only accept wire transfers as the method of payment.

Bidder Approval: GovEase grants approval once they receive and review your deposit and registration.

How to Participate:

Register: All bidders must register through GovEase. Submit your registration documents and wire transfer to get approved to bid.

Pre-Bidding: They do not allow pre-bidding for this auction. You must be ready to participate in the live auction.

Payment: You must make full payment on the day of the auction. Make the payment via wire transfer.
