Terms of Sale:

Oakland County sells tax-foreclosed properties “as-is” using only their legal description. Buyers must verify all zoning, building, and property records themselves.

Advance bidding and absentee bidding allow bidders without internet access to participate.

Advance bidders may adjust bids until the auction starts. Active bidding begins at 10:00 a.m., and bidders can see current high bids then. The system auto-bids up to your maximum.

How to Participate:

Review available properties, view photos (when available), GPS/GIS location, map views, and add favorites.

Register to bid at least 48 hours before the auction and submit a $1,000 pre-authorization hold on Visa, MasterCard, or Discover—or mail a $1,000 certified check.

Place bids via online advance bidding or use absentee bidding by calling the auction hotline.
