Terms of Sale

The auction will follow Florida Statute 197.542. Properties are sold to the highest bidder, subject to existing liens or encumbrances. A deposit of $200 or 5% of your anticipated high bid (whichever is greater) is required before participating. Remaining payment, including recording fees and state documentary stamps, is due within 24 hours of the sale.

Submit Deposit
Deposits must be made by wire transfer, cashier’s check, money order, or cash by 4:00 PM the Friday before the auction.

Place Your Bids
Participants place bids online using a proxy system. Enter your highest acceptable bid, and the system will handle incremental bidding. Bidders cannot lower or cancel their bids once the auction begins.

Final Payment
Winners must pay in full by 4:00 PM the next business day using acceptable methods.
