Brevard County will host its upcoming Tax Deed Sale Auction on February 19, 2026. This online auction will allow interested bidders to purchase tax deeds for properties with delinquent taxes. Terms of Sale:

They sold off all properties as-is to the highest bidder to satisfy delinquent property taxes. The sale is governed by Florida Statutes, Chapter 197. A 5% deposit or $200 minimum, whichever is greater, is required for each property bid. Full payment, including the balance of the bid, documentary stamp taxes, and recording fees, is due by 12:00 PM the next business day following the sale.

Deposits and Payments: Bidders must place deposits via ACH (Electronic Check) at least four full business days before the auction. Cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders are also accepted in person at the Clerk’s Office.

How to Participate:

Registration: Interested bidders must register on the RealAuction platform before the sale date. Registration requires a deposit and completion of all necessary forms.

Bidding: Once registered, participants can bid online on properties. The system allows proxy bidding, automatically increasing bids in increments until the highest bid is reached.
