Clarke County will host its online-only Delinquent Property Tax Sale from Tuesday, October 22, 2024, to Wednesday, October 23, 2024. The sale will be conducted through For Sale At Auction, with bidding closing at 11:00 AM (EST) on October 23, 2024.

Terms of Sale

Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the close of the auction, payable to Jason A. Dunn, PLC.

Buyer’s Premium: They will add a 10% Buyer’s Premium (minimum $150) to the winning bid.

Full payment is due within 10 days of the auction closing (by October 30, 2024).

Bidders must make all payments in cash, certified funds, cashier’s check, money order, or wire transfer.
