Clermont County Tax Information

Clermont County will hold its Annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale Auction on October 29, 2024, at the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office, located at 4470 State Route 222, Batavia, OH 45103. Registration opens in the morning, and the auction starts promptly at 10:00 AM. The sale will continue until all properties with delinquent taxes are sold.

Terms of Sale

Bidders must provide a 10% down payment on the day of the sale when purchasing delinquent property taxes.

You can pay deposits using cash or personal checks. However, you must make the final payment, due within 30 days, with a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order.

Bidders must verbally announce their bids, and the auctioneer must acknowledge them.
