Terms of Sale

You must create your account at www.tax-sale.info and register at least 48 hours before the sale to bid.

Auctions conduct Advance Bidding (begins 30 days earlier; place, adjust, or delete bids; you cannot see others’ bids) and Active Bidding at the auction start (view current high bid, place or increase bids).

The system bids on your behalf up to your max bid.
Properties sell “as is”, based on legal descriptions only.

No refunds or sale cancellations at the buyer’s request.

Payment is due within 5 business days, via credit/debit card, wire, or certified check. A 10% buyer’s premium applies, plus taxes, fees, and deed recording fee; a credit card surcharge applies.

A $1,000 pre-authorization hold or certified funds deposit is required to bid online or absentee. Holds release only after auction resolution, usually about 30 days.

Research zoning, boundaries, access, and environmental risks. The seller/FGU provides no warranties; information relies on assessor records, but bidders must verify independently.
