Columbia County will host its 2025 Tax Foreclosure Real Estate Auction on July 16, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM, with online bidding closing on July 30, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM. The auction will take place online only via Auctions International.

Terms of Sale:

Registration: All bidders must submit an Online Bidder Registration Packet specific to this auction. Submit registration packets by 4:00 PM on July 28, 2025. They will not accept late submissions.

Bidder Requirements: Submit valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) and the completed registration packet. If you register as a business, you will need to provide additional documentation.

Deposit: Winning bidders must pay a 10% deposit (or $150 minimum) + a 6% buyer’s premium on the final bid. Deposits will be accepted via credit card (with an additional 4% fee) or certified check.

Payment: The full remaining balance must be paid within 30 days after the auction closes. They accept payments via wire transfer, certified check, or money order.

As-Is Sale: They sell the properties as-is, with no warranties regarding title, condition, or use.

Submit Your Registration Packet online via the E-sign version or printable form before July 28, 2025.

Bid Online between July 16, 2025, and July 30, 2025.

Make your deposit after they declare you the high bidder and complete the payment by the required deadline.
