All successful bidders must pay for their Certificates of Sale via ACH debit authorization by 4:00 PM ET on June 17, 2025.

A high bid premium of 20% will apply, calculated as a percentage of the bid exceeding 40% of the property’s cash value.

Properties are sold without any guarantee of title, and no warranties are provided regarding the property’s condition, boundaries, or ownership.
