Terms of Sale 

Submit a sealed written bid with full payment (no cash) payable to “COUNTY TRUSTEE,” or submit online. For real estate, the catalog accepts personal check, cashier’s check, money order, or bank draft; mobile‑home bids require certified funds.

Bid results: The site posts results about three weeks after the Last Day to Bid.
