Fayette County will host its 2025 Upset/Judicial Tax Sale on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners Conference Room, 2 West Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.

Terms of Sale:

Pre-Registration: Bidders must register in person between May 5, 2025, and June 6, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Fayette County Tax Claim Bureau Office.

Bid Requirements: Bidders must submit a $20 non-refundable registration fee along with required documents such as the Bidder Registry Form, Photo ID, and Affidavit of Bidder.

Payment: Full payment for successful bids is due on the day of the sale via cash, money order, or certified check (payable to the Tax Claim Bureau of Fayette County). Personal checks will not be accepted.

Deed Transfer: Once the Court of Common Pleas approves the sale, the deed will be recorded and sent to the new owner’s address. The property owner’s rights remain until the deed is recorded.

How to Participate:

Register in person at the Tax Claim Bureau between May 5, 2025, and June 6, 2025.

Submit all required forms and the $20 non-refundable fee.

Complete your payment on the day of the sale for properties purchased.
