Fulton County will conduct its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on March 3, 2026, at 136 Pryor Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, on the Courthouse steps. Registration is available in advance, with bidding starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until 4:00 p.m..

Terms of Sale

Each property is sold “as-is” with terms read at the auction. To make your bid payment, please bring a cashier’s or certified check payable to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office to the Payment Services Window at the Sheriff’s Office. This window is located on the Ground Floor of the Justice Center Tower at 185 Central Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. Failure to complete payment by 3:00 p.m. on sale day may result in disqualification from future auctions, per O.C.G.A. § 9-13-170.

How to Participate

Online Registration: Register online starting on the date the sale list is posted. To participate in the auction, you must complete your registration by 2:00 p.m. on the Monday before the auction.

On-Site Check-in: Confirm registration by 9:45 a.m. on the sale day to participate.

Bid Requirements: Bring a cashier’s check for full payment of your winning bid amount.
