Hawkins County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on February 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The auction will be conducted online at www.govease.com/auctions. Registration begins on January 8, 2025. Online training webinars are available on the auction website to help participants understand the bidding process.

Terms of Sale

Properties will be sold for cash, covering all delinquent county and city taxes, penalties, interest, fees, and costs. The 2024 county, city, and personal property taxes are not included in the judgment amount and remain the buyer’s responsibility. Properties will be subject to a redemption period, and successful bidders will receive a tax deed after the redemption period expires. These tax deeds come without title warranties, so bidders must conduct their own research.
