Kent County will host its 2025 Tax Lien Sale on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025, conducted online at https://kent.marylandtaxsale.com/. The auction will start at 10:00 AM ET and end at 1:30 PM ET on the same day.

Terms of Sale

Online Registration is required to participate, and there is no registration fee

The high bid premium will be established by the Collector and applied to all properties sold

Properties sold are subject to all unpaid taxes, fees, and utilities for tax years 2024 and prior

The sale will follow the Maryland Annotated Code, Tax-Property Article, Section 14-817.

You must make full payment of winning bids following the auction
