Lawrence County Tax Sale Information

Lawrence County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on April 9th, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Time. The sale will take place online via the GovEase website. Registration will be open from March 10th through April 1st, 2025, and pre-bidding will begin the day before the auction.

Terms of Sale:

The auction will be conducted online, and all properties will be sold for CASH.

A $275 GovEase fee and a $100 clerk sale preparation fee will be added to each parcel.

The winning bidder is responsible for conducting their own title research and physically examining the property before bidding.

Bidders must register at GovEase and submit a deposit of 10% of their desired spending limit by April 2nd, 2025.

The county sell properties AS IS and make no warranties or representations regarding the property’s title, description, or condition.

Pre-bidding will start the day before the auction.

Submit your deposit by April 2nd, 2025, to get approved to bid. You can make deposits via e-check, ACH, or wire transfer.
