Los Angeles County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale Auction online starting Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time and ending on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. This auction will be held through the GovEase platform, where all bidder registrations and deposits will be processed.

Terms of Sale

Properties are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers must perform due diligence, including checking property conditions and existing liens.

Bidders must pay in full, including additional fees such as the buyer’s premium and deed recording costs, by the specified payment deadline.

How to Participate

Register on GovEase: Starting Friday, March 13, 2026, interested bidders must register on the GovEase auction site. The deadline for registration is April 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PST).

Submit a Deposit: Bidders must make Deposits via GovEase by April 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PST) to qualify for bidding.

Bid Online: Once registered, participants can place bids electronically during the auction dates.
