Terms of Sale:

Minimum bid: Bidding begins at the total owed taxes, interest, fees, penalties, and the $45 administrative fee. The sale is governed by the provisions of Revenue and Taxation Code § 3692.3.

Redemption Period: The owner can redeem the property until May 9, 2025, before the auction date.

Buyer’s Premium: The final bid will include a 10% buyer’s premium.

Deed Transfer: Winning bidders will receive a deed after the recording process, typically within 4-6 weeks.
