McKinley County will host its upcoming public auction for delinquent property taxes on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the McKinley County Courthouse, located at 207 West Hill Ave. Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Gallup, NM 87301. Registration begins before the auction, and the auction will start promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale:

All tax sales are subject to the laws of New Mexico.

Buyers must fully pay the bid amount before the conclusion of the auction.

The sale extinguishes the lien for delinquent taxes, but it does not remove any other liens.

The Property Tax Division does not guarantee titles for properties sold.

The buyer assumes responsibility for any future legal or environmental issues.
