Moore County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Foreclosure Sale on April 28, 2025, at the Moore County Courthouse, 102 Monroe Street, Carthage, NC 28327. The auction begins at 12:00 PM. A 20% cash deposit is required from the highest bidder at the time of the sale.

Terms of Sale:
All properties are sold as-is with no warranty on title or condition.

Buyers are responsible for all recording fees.

Sales are subject to any taxes not included in the judgment, a 10-day upset bid period, and a 120-day redemption right by the U.S. Government on applicable properties.
