Pasco County will host its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on September 18, 2025, at www.realauction.com. Registration is required by 3:00 PM ET on the day prior, with the auction starting promptly at 10:00 AM ET.

Terms of Sale

All properties are sold as is and subject to additional taxes and liens.

You must pay a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the high bid or $200, whichever is greater.

Buyers must make full payment of the winning bid, recording fees, and documentary stamps by 10:00 AM ET the next business day or by 4:00 PM ET for wire transfers.

How to Participate

Register: Create an account on www.realauction.com by 3:00 PM ET the day prior to the sale.

Deposit: Submit a deposit of $200 or 5% of your estimated high bid via wire transfer, cash, or certified cashier’s check. Settle deposits by 4:00 PM ET the day before the sale.

Bid: Participate online starting at 10:00 AM ET. Proxy bidding is available.
