Terms of Sale

Properties are sold as-is, free of all claims, except for current quarter real estate taxes, which will be prorated.

Buyers must pay a 20% down payment in cash or certified funds by the close of business on January 21, 2025, and pay the balance within 10 days.

Buyers are responsible for recording fees, deed preparation fees, and a 10% buyer’s premium.

The sale is subject to confirmation by the Circuit Court of Petersburg City.

Bidding Process: Online bidding begins prior to the sale date and will close at 11:00 AM on January 21, 2025. The auction automatically extends by resetting the clock to 2 minutes whenever a bidder places a bid with less than 2 minutes remaining.
