Scott County will host its annual Scott County Tax Auction on July 23, 2025, at the Fort Smith Convention Center – Exhibit Hall A3, 55 S 7th Street, Fort Smith. Registration begins 30 minutes before the auction at the location, with the auction starting at 10:00 AM.

They sell all parcels as-is and will go to the highest bidder.
