Siskiyou County will hold its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale from June 13 – June 16, 2025. The sale will be conducted online through Bid4Assets.com. Registration must be completed before bidding, and all participants are required to review the updated Terms of Sale.

Terms of Sale

All properties are sold as-is, with no title, condition, or location warranties.

The right to redeem forfeits at 5:00 p.m. PST on June 12, 2025.

Properties may have outstanding liens, assessments, or IRS tax liens, which bidders must research before participating.

Winning bidders must complete payment by June 19, 2025, through wire transfer, electronic funds transfer, or cashier’s check.

A 10% Buyer’s Premium ($100 minimum) applies to all winning bids.

California documentary transfer tax of $0.55 per $500 applies to all purchases.

Title companies do not guarantee title insurance and may require a one-year waiting period before issuing a policy.

Any IRS tax liens may allow the IRS to redeem the property within 120 days of the sale.

Register on Bid4Assets.com before the auction starts.

Submit a bid deposit of $5,000 (plus a $35 processing fee) by June 9, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PST.

Research properties thoroughly, as all sales are final.

Bid on properties during the auction period from June 13 to June 16, 2025.

Complete payment within three business days if you win a bid.
