Teller County Tax Information

Teller County will host its weekly Tax Foreclosure Sale Auction on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, via the GovEase online auction platform. Registration will begin on GovEase, with the auction starting at 10:00 AM Mountain Time.

Location: Online auction via GovEase
Time: 10:00 AM MT (Auction begins promptly)

Terms of Sale:

Payment Methods: Cash, certified check, or electronic funds transfer.

The county will add a 1.50% buyer’s premium (up to $2,500.00) to the winning bid amount.

They will also add a $300 Third-Party Purchaser Fee for each property won.

You must submit all funds by 12:30 PM Mountain Time on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, to confirm your bid.

They will not accept any bids unless the bidder makes the full deposit.

The buyer’s premium and Third-Party Purchaser Fee are included in the total approval amount.

Property sold “as-is” with no rights to inspect the property beforehand. The title will vest to the highest bidder after eight business days.

How to Participate:

Register and deposit funds through GovEase by 12:30 PM MT on April 15, 2025. Wire the deposits directly, as we do not accept credit cards or ACH.

Bid via GovEase online platform on the auction day.
