Washington County Tax Sale Auction Information

Washington County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on August 20, 2025, at the Holiday Inn & NWA Convention Center – Hall IV, located at 1500 S 48th Street, Springdale. Registration takes place on-site 30 minutes before the auction, with the sale beginning promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale:

Full payment is due at the time of sale.

All sales are final. Parcels cannot be redeemed after 4:00 PM CT on the last business day before the auction.

How to Participate in Washington County:

Arrive at the auction location 30 minutes early to complete registration.

Bring valid photo ID and payment ready in an approved form.

You can bid on parcels in sale number order, with a minimum bid equal to the taxes and costs due.

Winning bidders will receive a Purchaser Summary and later a Limited Warranty Deed after they confirm and record the payment.
