Winston County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on May 1, 2025, at the GovEase.com, with the auction starting at 10:00 AM CDT. Registration is required by April 30, 2025, with prebidding opening on April 30, 2025.

Deposit Requirement: Submit a refundable deposit equal to 10% of your approved spending limit. For example, if your approval limit is $12,000.00, you must submit a deposit of $1,200.00.

Payment Methods: Make payments by e-check/ACH only. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Refunds: We will process refunds within 7-10 business days after the sale. They will issue refund to the same payment method used.

Buyer’s Premium: We will add a 10% buyer’s premium to the winning bid.

How to Participate:

Registration: Submit the required documents and refundable deposit to gain approval for bidding.

Prebidding: Prebidding opens on April 30, 2025, at 8:30 AM CDT.

Auction Day: Bidding starts at 10:00 AM CDT on May 1, 2025, and will continue until all properties are sold.
