Blair County will host its 2025 Judicial Sale on June 18, 2025, and September 17, 2025, for the Upset Tax Sale, at the Blair County Courthouse. Registration for the 2025 Judicial Sale opens on May 19, 2025, and ends on June 6, 2025. For the September 17, 2025 sale, pre-registration ends on September 5, 2025. You must be through security & checked in by 8:50 AM .

Terms of Sale:

All participants must pre-register before the sale date.

Payment for delinquent properties 2 years or more delinquent will be accepted in cash, money orders, or certified checks only.

If the property is 1 year delinquent, personal checks may be used for payment until April 1st of the following year.

Bidders must check in by 8:50 AM to gain access to the sale.

There are no personal checks for properties with 2 or more years of delinquent taxes.

Pre-register: Visit the Blair County Tax Sale website to fill out and submit the 2025 Judicial Sale Bidder Registration Form.

Submit Forms: Ensure you submit your pre-registration forms before the cut-off dates:

Judicial Sale: Submit by June 6, 2025

Upset Sale: Submit by September 5, 2025

Check-In: Arrive before 8:50 AM on the day of the sale to complete the registration and get access to participate.
