Robertson County TN – Tax Redeemable Deed Auction

Robertson County Tax Sale Information

Robertson County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. The auction will be conducted exclusively online through the GovEase Auction. Bidder registration opens on Monday, January 6, 2025, and must be completed in full to participate in the sale.

Terms of Sale:

The county sells all properties as is, where is, without warranty. The sale will include properties with delinquent taxes from 2019-2020, with opening bids covering taxes, penalties, interest, court costs, and publication fees. Additional taxes from later years (2021-2024) must be paid separately by the purchaser.

Bidders must complete registration and gain approval through GovEase to participate.You must submit your deposit by February 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central.

Winning bidders must pay the full purchase price by 5:00 PM CST on the day of the sale via ACH or wire transfer through GovEase’s payment vendor, Municipal Service Bureau (MSB). The Robertson County Clerk and Master’s Office will not accept payments.

Each property is subject to a redemption period, meaning the original owner has a set time to reclaim the property by repaying taxes and fees. If the owner does not redeem the property, the tax sale purchaser receives a Tax Sale Deed after paying all outstanding fees.

How to Participate:

Register with GovEase at GovEase Auction.

Submit required documents, including proof of funds, IRS W-9, and government-issued ID.

Ensure funds are available before the auction date.

Bid online on February 20, 2025.

Pay the balance by 5:00 PM CST on the day of the sale.
