Lonoke County Tax Sale Auction Information

Lonoke County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on July 15, 2025, at the Lonoke Community Center – Multi-Purpose Room, 1355 W Front Street. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM, with the auction starting promptly at 10:00 AM.

Credit/debit card (Note: A 4% non-refundable processing fee applies for card payments)

Payment Requirements: Successful bidders must make full payment immediately following the auction. Prepare your payment method to finalize your purchase on the same day.

No Time Payment Plan: Purchasers must have the full amount available at the time of the auction. No deferred payment options are available.

How to Participate:

Registration: To participate in the auction, you must register in person at the auction site. Registration opens at 9:30 AM, and you’ll need to complete a bidder registration form. A valid photo ID is required for registration. Ensure you arrive early to avoid delays.

Bidder Number: Once registered, you will receive a bidder number, which you’ll use to place bids during the auction.

Payment Preparedness: Have your payment method ready to settle the full amount of your winning bid immediately after the auction concludes. They accept credit or debit card payments, but make sure you are aware of the 4% processing fee.

Bidding Process: The auction will follow a live, in-person format, and bidders will have the opportunity to purchase properties one by one. The highest bid at the time will win the property, provided it meets or exceeds the minimum bid.
