Saline County Tax Sale Auction Information

Saline County will hold its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Benton Event Center – Meeting Room 1, located at 17322 I-30N, Benton, Arkansas. Registration begins 30 minutes before the sale, with the auction starting promptly at 10:00 AM Central Time.

Terms of Sale:

Buyers must pay in full immediately after the auction.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Personal or business checks

  • Cashier’s checks

  • Money orders

  • Credit or debit cards (subject to a 4% processing fee)

Cash is not accepted.

Each parcel sells to the highest bidder at or above the minimum bid.

The minimum bid includes all delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and sale-related costs.

Winning bidders receive a Limited Warranty Deed, which transfers only the State’s interest in the property.

Most parcels will require a quiet title action to establish full marketable ownership.

The Commissioner does not guarantee usability, access, clear title, or the physical condition of the parcel.
