Terms of Sale:

All properties sell as-is, based solely on legal descriptions. The county began inspections in May and publishes listings by county, but parcels may be removed from the sale if needed.

A $1,000 pre-authorization hold on Visa, MasterCard, or Discover is required to bid online. If a credit card isn’t available, you can submit a $1,000 certified check. The hold reduces your available credit but will not be charged unless you win.

Payment in full—including buyer’s premium, taxes, and fees—is due within 5 business days of the auction. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, wire transfer, or certified check. No refunds or sale cancellations will be granted at the buyer’s request.

How to Participate:

Create your account at www.tax‑sale.info at least 48 hours before the auction.

Submit the required deposit or pre-authorization hold.

Bid live online during the auction. If you cannot use the internet, you may arrange absentee bidding by phone.

If you win, complete payment and submit your notarized receipt and buyer’s affidavit within 5 business days.

The deed will be issued after payment clears; allow several weeks for processing.
