Clay County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale Auction on November 19, 2025, online at the Clay County Tax Deed Sales Website. Registration and deposits must be completed prior to the sale, which begins promptly at 9:30 AM ET.

Terms of Sale

The auction is conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 197, with properties sold as-is to the highest bidder.

Deposit Requirements: A deposit of $200 or 5% of the anticipated bid (whichever is greater) is required for each property. You must make deposits in advance using wire transfer, cashier’s check, or money order.

Final Payment: Buyers must pay winning bids, including applicable fees and documentary stamps, within 24 hours of the auction.

There are no guarantees regarding property ownership, liens, land use, zoning, or condition. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research.

Enter bids online during the auction. Proxy bidding is available for those unable to participate live.

Complete Payment
Winning bidders must pay the remaining balance, including recording fees and documentary stamps, within 24 hours of the auction time.
