Pershing County Tax Information

Pershing County will run its County Trust Property Sale from November 19–21, 2025, as an online-only auction on Bid4Assets—no in-person bidding. Bidding opens Wednesday, November 19 at 11:00 AM ET (8:00 AM PT). Bid4Assets features 172 parcels, no reserve, with opening bids from $300. Submit the required single $500 deposit (+ $35 processing fee) before the deposit deadline to activate bidding.

Terms of Sale

You buy as-is. Research title, liens, assessments, easements, access, land use, utilities, and any improvements before you bid. Nevada conducts these trust property sales under NRS 361.595. If a federal tax lien exists, the IRS may redeem for up to 120 days after the sale by paying the purchase price plus interest. Many title insurers ask for quiet title (or equivalent curative steps) before issuing a policy.
Buyer costs: a 10% buyer’s premium applies, plus a $35 per-parcel administrative fee. You must pay in full by the settlement deadline; failure to settle forfeits the deposit and can trigger a bidding ban.

Submit one $500 deposit + $35 processing fee to gain bidding privileges for this sale.

Complete due diligence on each lot: maps, access, utilities, HOA or special assessments, and any recorded documents.

Bid online when the sale opens; track staggered closings through November 21.

Settle by November 25, 2025, 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM PT) using the payment methods listed in the sale terms.

If you don’t win, Bid4Assets returns deposits by eCheck within about 10 business days after the sale closes.
