Randall County will hold its upcoming Tax Foreclosure Property Sale on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the Election Office (North Entrance) of the Randall County Annex, located at 4320 South Western Street, Amarillo, TX. Terms of Sale:

Sale Format: This tax sale will be conducted by the Sheriff or Constable of Randall County. Properties are sold “as is,” “where is,” with no warranties. Successful bidders will receive a Sheriff or Constable’s deed, but no guarantees on title, location, or property condition are provided.

Buyer Responsibility: Bidders should complete all necessary research regarding property titles, encumbrances, and physical condition. Randall County does not guarantee titles, and buyers assume all risks associated with their purchase.

Outstanding Taxes: Any unpaid taxes beyond the minimum bid amount must be paid separately by the purchaser.

Bidder Registration Requirement: All bidders must register with the Randall County Tax Office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025. Registration can be completed in:

How to Participate:

Complete Bidder Registration: Register by  August 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. through the Randall County Tax Office by submitting the “Tax Sale Bidder Registration” form. Bidders cannot have any delinquent taxes in Randall County.

Attend Auction with Valid ID: Arrive at the Randall County Annex by 2:15 p.m. to receive a bidder card. Bring a government-issued photo ID for verification.

Payment Requirements: Payment is due in full at the time of sale. The Sheriff’s office will accept a personal check during the auction, but certified funds must replace it by 2:00 p.m. on the same day.
