Richmond County will host its next Tax Levy Sale on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 535 Telfair Street, Augusta, GA, 30901. Registration will begin during the presale information session at 9:30 AM, with the auction starting promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale

Properties sold at this tax levy sale are under Non-Judicial Tax Sale guidelines, meaning the delinquent taxpayer has the right to redeem the property within 12 months of the sale by paying:

The amount paid by the successful bidder (inclusive of taxes, interest, penalties, legal fees, and costs).

An additional 20% premium.

Purchasers will receive the property “as is.” Richmond County Tax Commissioner’s office does not guarantee the title or property condition.
