St. Lucie County Tax Sale Information

St. Lucie County will host its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on November 3, 2025, at the St.Lucie Online Auction Site. Registration is required before the auction begins at 8:00 AM ET.

Terms of Sale:

Properties are sold to the highest bidder to satisfy delinquent taxes.

You must pay a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the final bid or $200.00, whichever is greater.

Bidders must pay the winning bid balance, including documentary stamps and recording fees, by 2:00 PM ET on the next business day.

Accepted payment forms include Cash, Cashier’s checks, Money orders, and Wire transfers.

They accept ACH deposits exclusively for bid deposits, but you cannot use them for final payments.

How to Participate:

Register Online: Visit St. Lucie Tax Sale Registration to create an account and secure your Username and Password.

Submit a Deposit: Submit your deposit at least one business day before the sale. You can make deposits via ACH, wire transfer, or in person at:

Research Properties: Access property details, including tax deed records, legal descriptions, and opening bids, on the auction site. Ensure you perform independent due diligence before bidding.

Bid Online: Participate in real-time online bidding. Proxy bidding is available for convenience. The system increases your bid in $100 increments until it reaches your maximum bid.

Pay Winning Bid: Winning bidders will receive an email with instructions for completing payments. Submit balance payments on time and include applicable fees to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
