Washington County Tax Sale Auction Information

Washington County will host its 2025 Judicial Tax Sale on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Crossroads Building, Ground Floor, 95 W. Beau St., Ste. G-16, Washington, PA 15301. Registration will be open from Monday, June 9, 2025, 9:00 AM to Friday, June 13, 2025, 4:00 PM.

Terms of Sale:

The sale will follow Pennsylvania Act 33 which requires all prospective bidders to pre-register at least 10 days before the sale date.

A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee is required (cash only).

Only registered bidders will be allowed to participate in the sale.

The auction will feature properties sold for delinquent taxes, and properties will be sold to the highest bidder.

All sales are final, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued after the sale.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to thoroughly research properties before bidding.

How to Participate:

Registration Required: You must pre-register between Monday, June 9, 2025, and Friday, June 13, 2025, at the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau located at 95 W. Beau St., Suite 525, Washington, PA 15301.

To register, submit the following:

$25.00 Registration Fee (cash only)

Bidder Registry Form

Valid Photo ID or Driver’s License

Affidavit of Bidder

Affidavit of Non-Bidding Potential Owner (if applicable)

If Registering as a Business, Corporation, or LLC:

Provide a copy of IRA Form SS-4

List of business names, officers, managers, and any person with ownership or right.
