Jackson County Tax Sale Information

Jackson County will hold its upcoming Online Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, conducted via online auction at Jackson County Sheriff Sale Auctions. The auction begins at 10:00 AM CT and ends at 4:00 PM CT. All sales not completed may be reposted for a future date.

Terms of Sale

All properties are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees.

Winning bidders receive a Sheriff’s Deed without warranty.

Title insurance may be difficult to obtain.

Property is subject to statutory right of redemption.

Additional liens or encumbrances may exist, and buyers are responsible for conducting their due diligence before bidding.

How to Participate

Register at least five (5) business days before the auction on the official auction site.

Submit a 5% deposit of your intended maximum bid via ACH or wire transfer. Deposits must be settled before the auction begins.

All bids must be placed online. They do not allow In-person bidding.

Successful bidders must pay the remaining balance by 4:00 PM CT the day of the sale via wire transfer.

Payment Information

Accepted payment methods: Wire transfers only.

Full payment is due by 4:00 PM CT on the day of the auction.

Failure to pay: You forfeit the deposit, and penalties may apply per Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 652.
