Nye County Tax Information

Nye County will host its 2026 Online-Only Tax Sale Auction on Bid4Assets from May 1 to 4, 2026. Interested participants must register and submit deposits before the auction.

Time: The auction starts at 8:00 AM and ends vary starting at 11:00 AM Pacific Time.

Terms of Sale

Deposit: A $500 deposit (plus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) is required to bid. Deposits are due by April 27, 2026, at  1:00 PM Pacific Time.

Buyer’s Premium: They will add 10% or $100 minimum to the final sale price.

Property Transfer: A Nevada real property transfer tax will be added to the final price, calculated at $1.95 per $500.

Payments: Bidders must make their payments in full via cashier’s check, money order, or wire transfer by May 6, 2026, 1:00 PM PT.
